By creating an account, accessing, or using Voxtropic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voxtropic LLC regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxtropic. If you are between 13 and 16 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using Voxtropic, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Users in countries subject to U.S. sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region) are prohibited from using the Service.

You may create multiple accounts. However, accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or display on Voxtropic ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Voxtropic LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and sublicense your User Content for the purposes of:

Voxtropic reserves the right to reclaim usernames that are misleading (e.g., "voxtropic-official") or that violate these Terms.
Voxtropic allows you to embed content from third-party services (YouTube, Spotify, Google Docs, etc.). You acknowledge that:
Voxtropic reserves the right to remove or disable any embedded content at its sole discretion.
All spaces are public by default. Paid tier subscribers may create private or access-restricted spaces.
Voxtropic staff has technical access to all spaces for moderation and content review purposes. However, we respect user privacy and do not review restricted/private spaces unless legally compelled to do so.
Portals may link to any other space. Access to linked spaces is determined by the visitor's permissions. If a visitor cannot access a portaled space, they will not see its name or preview image.
Voxtropic may feature or promote public spaces on our homepage, social media, or other channels without prior permission from the space owner.
Voxtropic employs a combination of proactive monitoring and reactive moderation (responding to user reports). We use both automated tools and human review to identify and address content that violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice. Moderation actions are handled as follows:
Users may report content that violates these Terms through our reporting mechanism.
If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may appeal the decision. All appeals are reviewed by our team. Contact us at support@voxtropic.com.
Voxtropic respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Voxtropic will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You warrant that:
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.), which may be added at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
If your payment fails, you will have a 14-day grace period to update your payment information. After this period, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Generally, payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at Voxtropic's sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.
We will provide 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately. Voxtropic reserves the right to modify existing subscription prices at its discretion with 30 days' notice.
If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, your oldest spaces exceeding free tier limits will be deleted.
You agree to contact Voxtropic at support@voxtropic.com before disputing charges with your bank or credit card company. We will accommodate reasonable requests. Accounts may become restricted if chargebacks are initiated.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your spaces are deleted immediately. There is no data export feature.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion is immediate, and all your spaces are purged immediately. This action cannot be undone.
Paid accounts are never deleted for inactivity. Free accounts may be deleted if they are inactive and their spaces receive low or no visitors.
The Voxtropic service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Voxtropic LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
You may reference Voxtropic in a factual, non-misleading way (e.g., "built with Voxtropic"). You may not use the Voxtropic logo or imply endorsement by Voxtropic without written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Voxtropic, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution. We may implement suggestions without any obligation to you.
Voxtropic uses third-party services for hosting, payment processing (e.g., Stripe), email, and other functions. You acknowledge that:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Voxtropic, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Voxtropic uses cookies. By using the Service, you accept the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will comply with valid legal requests (subpoenas, court orders, etc.) for user data or content. We will notify affected users before disclosing their data unless legally prohibited from doing so.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability for the Service.
Voxtropic makes reasonable efforts to prevent data loss but cannot guarantee that your spaces or content will not be lost. There is no user export feature. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content where possible.
The Service is provided "as is" with no specific accessibility commitments.
Beta or experimental features may be offered from time to time. These features are provided without warranty, may change or break at any time, and may be removed without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXTROPIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VOXTROPIC LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOXTROPIC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voxtropic LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@voxtropic.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Voxtropic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
We may make technical changes that affect how your content is displayed or functions, including changing supported embed types, block types, or skyboxes. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve content functionality.
If Voxtropic discontinues the Service entirely, we will provide 30 days' notice. No prorated refunds will be offered except for yearly subscription plans. Renewals will not take place after discontinuation notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes may be effective immediately. Notice of changes will be posted on the Voxtropic website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Voxtropic's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Voxtropic may assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder without your consent. You may not assign your account or these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Voxtropic. You are not authorized to act on behalf of Voxtropic.
These Terms are between you and Voxtropic only. No third party has any rights under these Terms.
Voxtropic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet outages, infrastructure failures, government actions, or pandemics.
The following provisions survive termination of these Terms: Sections 4 (User Content licenses), 12 (Intellectual Property), 15 (Disclaimers), 16 (Limitation of Liability), 17 (Indemnification), 18 (Dispute Resolution), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
These Terms are provided in English only. The English version governs.
Voxtropic is not responsible for resolving disputes between users. We may, but are not obligated to, intervene at our discretion. You agree not to hold Voxtropic liable for the actions of other users.
Voxtropic reserves the right to limit or terminate accounts that use excessive storage, bandwidth, or server resources, or that appear to abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
